Adriana Crook- Team Member
Description:
MEET Team Member Adriana Crook, a sophomore at The Hockaday School! Adriana is on both the rowing and soccer teams. Beyond athletics, she is actively involved across campus in Compost Club, Nathan Adams Tutoring, Bachman Trash Clean Up, Timeless Treasures, DECA, Bake a Difference, and Helping Hands. She is the Founder and Co-President of Elevate Edu, Vice President of Homes for Elephant Havens, secretary of SwimPact, and a member of the Hockaday Yearbook Staff. She also serves on the Habitat for Humanity leadership board and the JSB Steering Committee!
Adriana’s passion for Cure Quest is deeply personal. She is inspired by her friend Pike, who she met in third grade and who tragically lost his battle with cancer two years ago. His strength, resilience, and lasting impact on those around him continue to motivate Adriana to take action.
Through Cure Quest, Adriana is determined to fight back against cancer by raising awareness, supporting patients and families, and honoring Pike’s legacy by helping others facing the same battle. Through Cure Quest’s Pillar ‘Patient Support’, she hopes to see progression towards one on one support and hopes her involvement can help bring awareness and assistance. She is excited to be part of a team working toward hope, healing, and a future free from cancer!
