MEET Team Member Claire Gicheru, a junior at The Hockaday School! Claire is involved in Student Diversity Board, Mock Trial, serves as the Affinity Council Representative for Christian Student Union, and is the founder of HockaStep (Hockaday’s Step Club).
 
Claire has witnessed firsthand the long-lasting impact cancer can have through her own family and how it can completely turn lives upside down. Seeing the work Team Cure Quest does to ensure that no one battling cancer ever feels alone inspired her to get involved. Claire hopes to provide patients with the support and resources they need to feel empowered throughout their journey!
